Catherine is a lover of nature, a skilled and open-hearted Women’s Empowerment Life Coach, an accomplished Advanced Energy Practitioner, a seasoned Spiritual Teacher, and Public Speaker who inspires others to explore their own Divinity, while working to clear any blocks, fears, or limitations they may hold about themselves. She is also highly intuitive and skilled in providing insightful assistance, clarity, and direction.
Catherine helps her clients to activate transformation on all levels by using advanced energy principles, consciousness coaching, and various spiritual practices while assisting them to find their voice, heal their wounds, and return to their truth. She encourages her clients to be courageous in examining their core beliefs, allowing them to feel safe in who they are, in order to rebuild an open-hearted and authentic foundation for themselves.
Catherine knows personally the devastation caused by both physical and emotional trauma. She possesses the experience and compassion needed to assist her clients while maintaining a sacred and safe space for them to explore new areas and ideas. Working collaboratively with her clients, it is Catherine’s intention to inspire others to truly live an adventurous, meaningful, and joy-powered life.

2018 ~ Returned to Peru to learn various healing techniques with an Altomesayoq and various esteemed Andean Paquos and teachers
2017 ~ Started bi-monthly Adean Cosmology and Ceremony classes through 2022 with esteemed Paquo and teacher from Pomacanchi, Peru
2017 ~ Traveled back to Peru for one-on-one training with two Altomesayoqs and various Andean Paquos.
